The rear tire wore out pretty fast (wore crazy fast in Moab). But they are really good on rock/roots. I would definitely buy them again- I think they are cheaper ($49 on Jenson!) and as you said lighter than Maxxis equivalents. FYI I regularly flat Maxxis DD casing at both ends of my bike.
