Managed to work out an order for skills but I've got no idea for the stats. They will usually act as a support partner until level 70 when this skill unlocks due to their high INT.

Rody/Rodey sets I would say is the perfect example having 40% crit damage where as RM it's all about Int and decreased casting times, perfect for supporting others rather than yourself.
