With 8 E-Cores Games are trying to use Cores randomly so my FPS gets down. The same happens with 4 e-cores, when an E-Core gets choosen Performance gets down for sure. I also can already tell that when I disable E-Cores entirely there is a chance in a crazy lategame that the usage goes to 100% no joke.
