WebThere were various tracks in the Health Science major--both clinical (pre-med, pre-PT, pre-OT, pre-ST, etc.) and non-clinical. Most of the students who were non-clinical went into either public health or health administration. I personally went on to a Master's in Health Administration program. WebSo I’m a health science- exercise science major. I transferred from a community college this last year to a 4 year. I got my 2 year degree from a community college in only 1 year and am only 20. lm one year away from earning my bachelors degree now . I’ve decided I’m not really sure if I want to do PT or OT anymore.

WebIt’s hard with any science degree unless you get your foot in the door with a very low paying job, or go into honours and then get into a lab pursuing further research. Whereas as a nurse, you’re very likely to find a job straight of uni in comparison, and with better pay, too. WebThat said, if you do want to do a degree, you can usually get into a graduate certificate once you've got some sort of undergrad degree.
