However, the second is best thinned down by 10%. I have also seen the problem you mention with Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt, in terms of cutting in but it caused by using Dulux Trade Vinyll Matt neat. The result is the paint underneath doesn't get to dry at the proper rate = the cracks.
