Also the Scenic II does not have a one way valve fitted into the rear wash wipe so the pump needs to move quite a bit of fluid before it hits the rear screen. Before you start changing pumps just check with a pin that the rear jet has not become blocked/clogged.

As for draining or removing it I am not sure. I guess you could try syphoning, small length of hose dropped lower then the bottle and suck (don't swallow ).
