WebUnfortunately, non of Rockstar's suggestions were able to get my game to restart. HOWEVER, thank you to u/Scruffpunk suggestion, by deleting the Red Dead Redemption 2 settings folder (Under documents > rockstar games > red dead redemption 2) I was able to reset my settings to default, which allowed me to LAUNCH the game.
